Love this rice cooker. It’s easy to clean and easy to use. It makes the best, fluffiest rice every single time, no matter the grain. Of course I can make rice the regular way, but this contraption has consistency! So it’s guaranteed perfection every time. And you can make your rice to your specifications. Also, my personal favorite is the warming function. So I can make rice at 5PM and keep it warm and fresh for a family member that eats dinner hours later.One down side, it’s large and takes up more counter space than I expected. But it’s been in regular use since it’s purchase.

I mostly use this to cook brown rice, and it comes out perfectly every time, unlike most other rice cookers. I follow the instructions in the product guide and soak the grains for several hours before cooking- I’ve never done this before but it adds to the flavor as the grains “germinate”. Be forewarned, cooking brown rice takes about 1 hour. The design is attractive and modern- looks great on the counter.

I used to own an expensive Cuckoo rice cooker, but after a couple of fixing attempts, I decided to donate it. When I saw this cooker on sale at a reasonable price, I thought, why not give it a try? Primarily, I use it for making baby food and steaming veggies. I’ve also explored multicooking, especially when preparing oxtail soup for my baby. Although it takes a little over an hour and a half, it’s more convenient than constantly checking manually, and the meat turns out soft enough for my little one.I’ve even utilized the soup without meat to make porridge for my baby. Over the past year, it has worked perfectly for my needs. If you’re only using it for cooking rice, it’s just okay. Expensive rice cookers tend to make the rice sweeter and shinier, whereas this one is more basic in that regard. However, I’m delighted to continue using this rice maker for preparing a variety of foods. It’s also easy to clean, which adds to its appeal.

I’ve never had a rice cooker, found this one had great reviews, and purchased it. Complemented a local Korean restaurant on their rice, the owner mentioned he uses a Cuckoo. That was confirmation I made the right purchase. Went straight home to open mine (had not yet opened), my children ask me to make rice almost everyday.I’ve not yet tried the multiple settings, nor anything other than rice.

Have used this a few times now and each time the rice has turned out flufffy and cooked to perfection. It has a few other features I’ll not use, most likely, but I bought it for rice, and rice is does to my liking.
