I’ve owned model 0375 (this scale’s predecessor) for about 9 months, and model 0376 (this scale) for about a week. They both use the same app. The only point I will make regarding the previous model is that it’s high quality, and so far the same seems to hold true of the newer model.I also owned the FitBit scale a while back – GreaterGoods is immensely superior in its ability to connect to your phone, collect the data and make it available to you. It’s just easy. Also better quality; the FitBit model fell apart, I don’t see that happening here. There isn’t much to the app, it’s a little lame to be honest, but does the job. I have the date, time, weight, body fat, muscle mass, water weight and BMI for every day (except vacations!) for the past 9 months, and can triangulate with what was going on in my life. To me that is priceless.Bluetooth works from the next room (15ft-20ft?) on a Samsung Galaxy. Looks good, but gets dirty and stains easy – keep it away from the bathtub. Do NOT carefully rinse the surface on the sink… my water weight readings on the older model got thrown off after this. The only reason I see to consider a different model is if you have poor eyesight; a lot of information is crammed into the display, and as a result the numbers are small. I have perfect vision so it is not a problem for me, but I know it would be an issue for my folks.

I got this product from Greater Goods for an honest feedback. What I love about this scale?- Accurate readings. I compared this with two other professional scales at gym and they weigh the same across 10 different samples.- Cool design. The scale is very sleek to look at, it has a high quality finish to it. Provides me with Weight, BMI, Body Fat %, Bone Mass and Water weight, which is more than what I am looking for.- The App is awesome. Its continuously supported with neat integrations into Fitbit (that I care about). It also urges you to weigh yourself everyday with neat streak reading, which is a great motivator for me.- Reliability of the bluetooth connection. I weigh myself everyday and thats the first thing I do every morning. After weighing yourself, you need to open the App on the mobile to transfer the reading to mobile and the scale uses bluetooth to transfer the reading. The previous scale used to have reliability issues with this transfer but this scale, so far, has been pretty reliable.- Amazing customer support. The GreaterGoods team truly stand behind their product. I had to contact them once for the previous scale I bought and they were always prompt in their response and eager to get my problem resolved!!- Price, price, price! At this price, its hard to find a scale thats cool, reliable and backed by an awesome company.Go for it, you wont regret!

I love the scale and all the biometrics it reports. I bought this scale almost 5 years ago. Until recently, it worked great. After very timely back and forth with Greater Good, it was determined that the scale was defective. Within 48 hours they sent me a new scale. You can’t ask for better support than that.PS: I’ve managed to loose 10 pounds since I started using the scale. I got a shock when I first stepped on the Greater Good scale and discovered my old spring scale was reporting me five pounds lighter than my true weight. 😱

I’ve been using a Greater Goods’ bluetooth scale for the past 1-2 years or so and weigh myself a few times per week but still haven’t experienced any battery or significant performance issues. Had an opportunity to upgrade and can happily confirm that this new bluetooth scale model has met or exceeded the high quality and ease-of-use that I grew accustomed to from using the earlier model. I have no idea what may be different on the inside, but the new design and display interface changes were nice surprises. The new logging/connection sequence on the scale display is especially a great addition and it’s now much easier to understand how long one should stay on the scale for a successful recording to the app via bluetooth. I already had an account and the Weight Gurus app installed so after the quick scale setup, I was ready to go. Easy and quick connections with my phone. Just a heads up – the Weight Gurus app (not the scale itself) is very basic – some may like that but others may feel it is bit lacking in features and/or updates. For me, I don’t really mind as long as the app works as intended and continues to support integrations with my Fitbit and My Fitness Pal accounts. I think there are some other available integrations (Apple? Under Armour?) too but I haven’t connected those. I think this upgraded model is a really great value (for price point at time of my review) but there’s the added bonus of getting to feel a little warm-and-fuzzy knowing that some of the proceeds from your purchase will be going to help one of Greater Goods’ charity partners. Checked some of those out briefly and they look like cool positive causes. Even if it’s ultimately 1% or 100% that reaches those organizations, something is always better than nothing when it’s for a good reason. How many other Amazon retailers are willing to commit to even doing anything that takes money out of their own pockets? So in my opinion, the actual product itself is already a nifty product should you happen to be in the market for a bluetooth scale, but the integration support (Fitbit, MFP, Apple Health, etc.) and positive social justice vibes make me feel like I really got a good deal every time I step on the scale.

I love supporting this company whose proceeds go to a very good cause! Full disclosure – I purchased the previous model of this scale and was offered this new model for free, I just had to take a short survey. To be honest, this is the only smart scale I’ve owned so I have nothing to compare it to. I can’t speak to the accuracy other than my weight seems to be accurate as compared to the scale at the doctors. I love how the data is stored in the app and syncs with my fitbit app. It’s actually been a good motivator for me to lose weight. I purchased the original scale in July 2016 and as you can see in the chart – I’ve lost 40 pounds since then! They updated the app a few months ago and it’s been a big improvement! Much nicer to look at and better functionality. The only issue I have, and I’ve experienced it with both models, is sometimes the bluetooth doesn’t sync right away. Occasionally the data will sync on my next weigh in. I also always have to have the app open when I step on the scale in order for it to sync. Not a big deal to me – especially considering the price of this scale compared to others in the market.

Easy to setup and link to my Fitbit Versa. The associated app is excellent with a nice option to see only how much weight you have lost. I owned the 0375 model and updated to this one, 0376. Cons – A couple of times in the last month it stopped automatically sending the data to my phone (Google Pixel XL 2) but all I have to do is restart my phone which I should do once a week anyway then it works again (may be unique to my phone). I had a similar problem with the 0375 model. The weight measurement is more accurate than the previous model and matched almost perfectly to the doctor’s scale when I went for a checkup. I’m concerned about the accuracy of the body fat measurement. In the attached photo you can see a 4.8% difference between the 0375 and 0376 models when weighing in only a minute apart. I think my true BF% is somewhere in between. The previous model was within 0.8% when compared to a DEXA scan but I think the previous model may be running high now after I put on about ten pounds of muscle and five pounds of fat (rough estimate). I will update in a few months when I go for another DEXA scan as I will weigh in with both before going. PROS – It is very easy to use and provides great data to help me stay on track with my health. While it may be questionable in how accurate the body fat measurement is, it does measure it consistently so I can track which direction I’m heading in. Overall, I consider this the best scale I have ever used because of consistent measurement, ease of setup/use, and the data it provides (great app). I have been very pleased with both scales made by Greater Goods! UPDATE: I used the scale in the morning before eating and it read 10.5% BF then had a DEXA scan done and it came back at 10.0% BF. That is outstanding for an at home scale to be that accurate.

The digital scale does everything I needed to do, including syncing with my apple health account. The scale looks great and works well too because it can remember multiple users, including my wife and I. We are able to track our weight using our own individual apps as well.

I was buying the Greater Good Smart Blood pressure monitor and was also in need of a new digital smart scale as my Withings one stoped working. I’d figured I would purchase the Greater Good scale as it would use the same App… NOPE. Now I have 2 additional separate Apps one for each product. I don’t understand why it is necessary to have 2 separate Apps. The display is easy to read for the weight – but all the other data that it collects is printed too small for my aging eyes to read at a distance of 5.5 ft. Good thing for the smart app.

I had v1 of the same scale (Model 0396) and it had wifi connectivity issues with newer modern routers (Asus RT-AX86U), but this one (Model 0397) fixes the compatibility issues. The only thing is that it has a weak vertical wifi range, so I moved it to the same floor as the router, and it works prefect after that regardless of horizontal range. I could invest into a range extender if I wanted to move the scale to the other floor but I’ll just keep it on the same floor as the router.Other than that, I’ve tried many scales and this one suits my need because of the simplicity. I’m not expecting 100% accuracy on body composition readings compared to a medical grade body composition scale that cost thousands of dollars, but it’s still very useful to get a baseline, and see if you’re improving, and this is what it’s good for, and that is what counts for me.I tried buying a different product that has a hand bar, but I didn’t like the wires or the complexity of it, and it still wouldn’t be as accurate as a medical grade one anyways, so why bother?I like to keep it simple, and this one works very well.

I had a previous version for years. After 5 years, the batteries leaked so I decided to stay with Greater Goods and upgrade. It’s easy to set up (the instructions are on the box and the website). The display is bigger which I like. For a bathroom scale, what I care about is consistency. I didn’t test it against weights from some nuclear laboratory — I just want to know if I gained or lost weight. The old scale was perfectly consistent. I could step on it 3 times in a row and get the exact same results. With this one, they can vary by 0.2 lbs. I can live with that.Shortly after the return window closed, it stopped giving me any measurements other than weight. I followed the trouble-shooting instructions on the website without success. I called customer service. She led me through the steps. No luck. I said I’d try again but she said it should have worked; asked for my address and order number and a replacement arrived in a few days. Any company that stands behind their products like that has earned my loyalty.
