The value is a huge selling point for me. I’ve been through one previous robot vacuum and was not impressed with the suction power. I was very interested in this product because it offers both vacuuming as well as a mop feature. We have hardwood floors with many rugs covering various areas. It’s been a struggle to plan the robot vacuum when items are picked up off the rugs but then having to move all those items back to the rugs to then mop by hand.This is a one and done process now. Unlike my last robot vacuum which would get jammed in a room and end up dying there, this unit seems to return to the base for charging well. Also it has better suction power than my previous robot vacuum. I have many children and two cats, so we needed a more robust robot vacuum to handle as much dirt and hair as accumulates on the floor on a daily basis. It’s also a lot quieter of a unit. Lastly, the overall pattern and amount of square footage that is missed with the direction and redirection of cleaning seems to be a lot less than my last robot vacuum.Probably some of the cons are that the water reservoir for the mop feature is a little small, so after a period of time, I realized it was running low and needed to refill it. Unless I’m missing it, I do not think there is a feature on the app to alert me that the water reservoir is low and needs a refill. Additionally, since our house is a little bit larger when the battery is running low, and it returns to the docking station, I do not think the vacuum can remember where it left off in order to then finish cleaning. That’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it is a little bit of an annoyance.Overall, this is an excellent value for the cost and offers an upgrade over a vacuum-alone model. I would definitely recommend this product for any home.

The media could not be loaded. My son got me this robot vacuum as a gift and it is Phenomenal. It does the job! We have named it “The Butler.” There is nothing more satisfying than relaxing while the butler meticulously vacuums and lightly mops (at the same time!!) all over my home while I do other things or relax. This is the gift of time added back to my life and peace of mind that my floors can always be clean. It picks up everything and really gets into all the edges with the spinning brushes. Emptying the lint/debris canister is easy and is also a joy to see everything it sucked up that is no longer on my floors. This thing is a beast too getting over door thresholds. When I want the bedrooms done I just leave those doors open. The Butler (robot vac) gets in there no problem. When I don’t, I just shut those doors. Sucks up pet hair, human hair, dust, debris, crumbs, dirt. Goes under over and around everything. Wipes up small dried spills. I’ve been using this every other day since Christmas. I love it!! Also it keeps my kitten and dog busy watching it go. So add pet sitter to its list of credentials lol. Charges easily. It’s been easy to use and useful from day 1. It’s now been a month and working great. I really love this product.Seal of approval from a Busy mom working 2 jobs with no time to vacuum. 👍

Overall this is a great little robot vacuum. I use it on the first-floor of my house (an area ~600 sqft) and it’s fantastic at picking up cat hair and litter on hardwood floors and short-pile carpets. It struggles on my thick shag carpet but most vacuums do, and it’s at least able to move over it without getting stuck.It is a bit of a “dumb” robot vacuum in that it doesn’t send you any status reports or alerts. If it gets stuck it only beeps a few times before shutting off, so you will have to go looking for it. And it’s best to empty it after every run because it doesn’t notify you when its full. That being said I like that it’s more of a simple machine because it makes it very easy to set up and use. It comes with a remote but I’ve found that it’s easier to change settings and schedule cleanings through the app.On a day-to-day basis it does tend to get caught on cat toys and rarely finishes a full clean cycle, but it’s very easy to remove anything that gets tangled in the brushes and wheels without having to cut them free. Because it gets stuck it may miss some spots on individual days, but over the course of a week it does get around to all the areas of my house to keep it clean. If you’re better at picking up after your pets than I am, you probably won’t have an issue with this.I don’t use the mop feature so I can’t speak about that, but on the whole I would recommend this to anyone looking for a powerful robot vacuum especially if you can pick it up on sale.

It does exactly what its says. leave it and go. I wish there was a timer. the mop part does just the trick. not for DEEP cleaning but helps to keep clean daily. We have a dog who sheds ALOT and as long as the vac and filter are clean it does wonders picking up hair. I am sure i will upgrade later on.

I’ll give the punch line first; I liked this product so much that I bought one for my best friend. There may be others on the market that vacuum and mop, but this is the first that I’ve seen. For something so small, it’s amazingly effective. Turn it loose on a floor that looks relatively clean, stop it in 15 minutes, and check the dust bin. You’ll be amazed at how much is in there. It has several pattern settings, including spiral and wall follow, but I always use the random one. It not only does a great job of cleaning in this mode but it’s quite fun to watch. Observing its journey back to the charging station when you instruct it to is also very amusing. It comes with a 12- month warranty and a pledge to answer any E-mailed questions within 24 hours. Combine all that with a price that I consider to be quite reasonable, and I don’t know what else you could ask for. I wholeheartedly recommend this product and hope my friend likes it as much as I do once he’s had more time to use it.

While there are more capable units out there it will be hard to find one with a better value. I have ceramic flooring everywhere except in the four bedrooms. Probably about 1,000 sq of ceramic tile and about the same square footage in the carpeted bedrooms. This robot does a really good job specially if you try to keep the amount of obstacles low. I flip kitchen table chairs and put them on top of the table and move away rugs if I’m using the mopping function. I get about 105 minutes of sweeping or mopping. Plenty of time to go over all of my tile multiple times. In the mopping mode the water tank is good for about 40 minutes so if you want to mop for a whole battery is best to refill tank after 40 to 45 minutes. This is my first robot vacuum and while it doesn’t have some of the features of higher end units it is extremely capable and an unbeatable value. I use it in auto mode all the time and let it do its thing. I feel the auto mode is more effective than using individual modes.I have been using for almost 10 months 3 times per week with no issues and have recommended the unit to other first timers how are very happy with the performance for a very reasonable cost. The moping pads are a little pricey but I wash them and get about two months of use before needing to replace them.

This little vacuum makes a world of a difference in my life. I’m limited on time as it is so running this once a day, sometimes twice a day, is perfect for our little family. Love that it has a mopping feature on it. This gets me thru the week sometimes two, before I need to really mop my floors. I need to replace the cloth rag but that’s expected considering how many times it runs in my house. It does get stuck on things if the floor isn’t picked up. The container is always full after each vacuum, which proves that it’s been doing it’s job. This vacuum doesn’t have the memory like some do, so it does bump into things but it’s not forceful so it won’t cause damage to anything. It will eventually shimmy its way out of a tough situation. For the price, this is definitely a great deal.

The robot vacuum is super easy to setup, the pieces are easy to attach and all you really need to is to connect it to the power. Although I set up the machine in its app, I have never really had any need to use it; as the remote controls all you really need to do with this machine. All you need to do it’s fill the water deposit and rinse the cloth when you want to operate it and clean the filter and deposit once done. The machine gets to know the surface very fast and gets to every reachable place in your house. It goes under our kitchen and below my daughters playpen so it’s fairly independent, it’s also very smart when it tangles it alerts and turns off, so also very safe to use. It is surprising to see how much it can pick up, no matter how clean we think our place is, cleaning the filter always amazes us how much it cleans. It is also better than our hand vacuum to handle bigger pieces, like the he food our baby drops on the floor our hand held vacuum would just be pushing the larger pieces around this robot has not problem with.
