First off, if you work, play or live in the lowest level of your home, you have to test for Radon continuously. It shouldn’t be a one and done like almost everyone does. This is my second purchase of an Airthings device and I couldn’t be more happier. I purchased a Corentium around Sept 2020 and found for 2 months that my Radon levels were low and then late Fall hit and the house was closed up with the heat on, my levels went incredibly high and stayed that way until a mitigation system was installed. After the mitigation was installed I purchased this more complete system to monitor my radon levels in my lower level, which is where exercise equipment is located, the home office and a play room for children. The wave mini is used in the upper level of the home where mold and voc’s are important for sleeping safety. The data collection and output has been phenomenal and has allowed me to to analyze how factors like windows being open or candles being burned or in one case some varnish being applied can effect the air quality. Both devices were easy to set up and pair with my iphone and network router.Airthings has continually upgraded and added to the functionality of their iphone App which has been great as I love Data and they continually have improved the UI of the app.I want to conclude that if you exercise in your lowest level in your home you really should have a constant monitoring of the air quality. A higher level of respiration in bad air may create complications to your life which you previously didn’t even know. I realized once I purchased this that spending a couple hundred of dollars after spending thousands of dollars on exercise equipment is a cheap ROI for overall health.

Purchased in May 2023 after I spent about a full month of being sick. We were concerned we had mold issues, but this system told us it wasn’t. However, when we first hooked everything up, it detected Radon levels of 10.0 pCi/l +, and the EPA recommended safe levels are below 2.0. We decided to get a Radon Mitigation system installed, and now thankfully our levels are .5 pCi/l. Thankful for this system that continuously monitors the air quality for VoC’s, Mold, and Radon. It helps give me piece of mind my family is safe.

It takes a little while to unpack due to the multi box packaging but it’s compact.Setting it up is easy. About 20 min. After setting up you need to allow a week for it to calibrate and generate its readings. To my surprise my levels for radon(the main reason I bought this) were higher than recommended and now I’m looking to get radon remediation. The only person I wouldn’t recommend this to are those who have a home raised above ground( those with crawl spaces below or apartments. Otherwise(especially if you have a basement; it’s a must.Radon is the leading cause of lung cancer after smoking. It’s an odorless gas and this is the most convenient way to not only test but maintain constant monitoring of it.It also monitors humidity (you can place sensors in areas of suspected higher humidity to monitor for mold potential hot spots) and it monitors Volatile organic compounds which in high levels can affect your health long term(especially people with allergies, or respiratory issues such as asthma). When levels get high it’s recommended to ventilate the home to let it breathe greasy air by opening windows and letting fresh air circulate through home from 30 minutes to several hours based on preferences.Highly recommend this product!

5/5 stars! Very happy with our AirThings home kit. We’ve been searching for a product to monitor our indoor air quality and finally settled on the multi-room AirThings house kit. The product has really exceeded our expectations and gives us everything we hoped for: accuracy, an easy to use app, alerts, and multi-point monitoring in multiple rooms (Radon, TVOC, CO2, humidity, temperature, pressure, etc.).Out of the box you get the AirThings hub, an AirThings mini, and an AirThings wave (along with power outlet adapters, an ethernet cable for the hub, and mounting brackets if you want to put your units on a wall). We also ordered an extra AirThings Wave for the basement.Set up was super easy and took about about 10-15 minutes (download the app, plug in the hub and sync it, then connect each device to the hub). The app guides you through a painless setup. After hooking everything up, the devices began a 7 day calibration period to make sure that it reports accurate results. The app has a ton of charts/graphs that measures: Radon, TVOCs, CO2, Humidity, Temperature, and air pressure. We really enjoy the peace of mind this product provides us! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to keep an eye on their indoor air quality health!

I wanted a reliable radon test to confirm the results reported from a mail in test kit. This device was invaluable while allowing me to test the radon levels in different areas throughout my home under various conditions (i.e. window open/closed, furnace/air conditioner on or off). I was grateful to allow other family members to use this device to test their radon and air quality levels as well. Thus, I was able to confidently install a radon mitigation system to lower radon levels in my home and reduce our health risks. The Airthings monitoring devices were highly recommended by the technicians that installed my mitigation system.

I enjoyed my experience with airthings, however, the hub went bad 2 years into owning it. When spending 300+ on something I expect it to last a little longer.Shame.Update:After pulling some teeth airthings decided to replace my hub. All is well now.

My wife and I had been curious for years in regards to the air quality in our home. This kit is the perfect way to ensure that we are breathing healthy air and address any issues that we may not have noticed otherwise. The Hub, Wave, and Wave Mini are stylish and small enough to be left out in the open without feeling the need to hide them. A simple swipe of your hand over each device gives you a quick snapshot of your air quality (green, yellow, or red led). The Airthings app is easy to install and very user friendly. Opening the app allows you to dive deeper into what is happening in your environment by monitoring things like Radon, Humidity, Temp and VOCs. This can be accessed anywhere as well thanks to the hub. I am very happy with this product and pleased to see that our air quality is good. It is reassuring as well to know that we will know if that changes. I strongly recommend this kit to anyone concerned about the quality of the air in their homes.

From the simplicity and ease of opening this product to the peace of mind it continues to give, this product and experience was very well thought out. Nice work, Airthings! This air quality monitor came in a thoughtfully and well-organized package with instructions that were easy to follow. The customer support was great from the moment you download the app and on. In addition to that, the app itself is very helpful, making it easy to learn more about the TVOCs without even needing to go look it up on separately.I love the ease of checking the air quality by waving your hand over the sensors on the hub and both “waves”, along with the simple, clean and user-friendly app. Being able to closely monitor the air quality in multiple rooms throughout my house has been very helpful!Airthings did a fantastic job on this product overall. I highly recommend this!

I have this kit and a Plus model and love that I can monitor different air quality values.Originally got the plus because of borderline radon levels in the house we purchased so it’s been great to continue monitoring. Added this kit so I could monitor levels from outside the home. I also wanted to add a sensor to my attic and a detached garage to monitor humidity levels.Works great, highly recommended!

We purchased this after worrying about the air quality in our children’s room. It was easy to set up and get the app. I check the app almost daily to see new information about the quality of air in our kids’ room. The information is very helpful!
