I don’t write reviews–trying to change my ways. Purchased the COSORI Smart Air Fryer, Toaster Oven Combo and WHOAH! We have been impressed. I did a lot of Christmas research and it came down to the big (4) air fryer-capable ovens–the Ninja, the Cosori, the Cuisine Art, and the Breville. We wanted a combination counter top oven for balanced use, including ability to fry [we found the table top (Instant Pot Air Fryer attachment) to be cumbersome to deal with and limited on how much you can cook/hold]. The Cosori is easy to use, looks nice on the counter top, a natural athlete in all baking, toasting, frying tasks, and I haven’t found an issue with keeping the oven clean at all, despite some of the reviews talking about a defective door design (I’m not sure what folks are expecting here–if you cook something that spatters… clean it up; every door is going to hinge, spill hot food while you are pulling it out and I’m sorry, it’s on you). It is an oven after all, but what is amazing to me is the ability to basically replace your main oven for almost all tasks, except turkeys and high volume chocolate chip cookie and muffin output. We have been impressed with various types of reheats–tortilla chips from Chilis, Pizza reheats, pizza rolls, frozen chicken tenders, garlic bread, banana nut bread loaves, and really any kind of fried food reheat (including the the impossible to pull off french fry resurrection). The results: toast / garlic toast comes out as good as I’ve ever seen– evenly crispy and browned (maybe my standards are lower than some), pizza rolls are nice and crisp, chicken tenders are crisp and juicy inside, and it is just nice to have the option to air fry 2-day old fried foods and somewhat re-crisp. I say ‘somewhat’ because of course you can never approach the level of the original cook, but it is a nice option to do better than the the rubber we used to get when we toaster bake or microwave. A few reasons I chose Cosori:1. Price: The price was right–on sale, about half the price of the Breville. Included the smart oven option that integrates with Alexa–nice bonus.2. Size: This oven fits the 9×13 baking and muffin pans (has to have no handles). Fits a full pizza depth with ease. The height will handle a rotisserie chicken. The Ninja was not tall enough for me, athe Cuisine Art as I recall could not handle the 9×13 pans.3. Included: Shelves and pans are complete (non-stick pan, air fry mesh tray, and standard oven shelf. Rotisserie skewer and feature.4. Easy to use dials and selection process — did not read instructions.5. Integrated light that you can turn on at any time. LIght will turn on automatically at last minute of cook.6. Smart features -sends alert to your phone; if you want, you can control from your phone. The only thing missing is an integrated camera like with 3D Printers!7. Non-stick interior, easy to clean.8. Solid reviews, support.Criticism:1. Oven is honking big–you need the counter space. But, we knew what we were getting into with the checklist–full size pizza, enough height to do tall stuff (rotisserie chicken). We are glad we have it on the counter, we use it every single day.2. Cleaning. You gotta clean it regularly. What do you expect when you use something every day for so many things? I find cleaning around the heating elements to be irritating; cleaning the shelves and trays are irritating; so is doing the dishes.3. Alexa integration. If someone were to break into my home and decide to throw on some pizza rolls, I would know exactly when this happens, including when the oven is pre-heated…. in the middle of a work meeting…4. Once this thing heats up, it runs hot. You need to get the food out on time–not much error. I don’t find it runs excessively hot, but I notice we can’t leave things lingering in the oven for long–especially on the air fry setting.Other than that, I’ll offer a nugget of embarassing enlightenment recently acquired. The whole ‘cover your drip tray in tinfoil to ‘protect’ from drippings thing? DON’T DO IT!! It reflects and intensifies heat and can accelerate the corrosion on your drip tray and inside surfaces of the oven. I believe it also to make your oven run hotter than it should. Took the foil out of our main oven too and notice it doesn’t run as hot as it was. I noticed the bottom plate of our oven was corroded, possibly due to heat reflection/retention from the lower element. Feel like a complete idiot–after all those years. To my surprise, the drip tray is easy to clean and has no caked on stains after much use–just clean it often with plenty of dish soap. And a final question as I close the discussion. Is it humanly possible to re-heat McDonald’s fries the next day and have them be edible beyond rubber? As good as this oven is, I still can’t pull this off.

This is my 3rd air fryer. I can’t imagine buying another version in the future. I was looking fof a model that was larger & could easily cook a meal for more than 3 people (plus it could cook more than 1 type of food at the time).I love that this Cosori has numerous cooking modes. I literally can cook almost anything in it. Plus I love that there is a free app so I can use while in other rooms.I am not a great cook but I have cooked so many meals that have turned out so much better than when I tried using other appliances. It cooks food thoroughly & evenly. The only recommendation I have is that I cook thing about 25-50 degreees lower than the recommended temperature. I might have to add a few more minutes to cooking time but I like the final product better. I should add it the air fryer is much quieter than my previous models.I like to use aluminum foil or parchment paper paper when cooking. It makes clean up a breeze. The times that I haven’t used either has still been so much easier to clean than my previous 2 models. Plus, this model has never smoked when there were juices draining. This model is longer than most models. My only recommendation is to make sure to measure the space you intend on putting the Cosori.Value: 5 out of 5 ⭐️Quality: 5 out of 5 ⭐️Ease of Use: 5 out of 5 ⭐️Temp: 4.5 out of 5 ⭐️ (runs a bit hot but cooks food evenly – see recommendation above)Cleaning: 5 out of 5 ⭐️Overall Rating: 4.9 out of 5 ⭐️Would purchase this model as a gift for others or buy again

Love it! So I’ve had this fryer/oven for just over two weeks. I use it 2-3 times a day for toast (as people need want it, can do 6 slices at a time.) I have used the roasted two whole chickens, even better than store bought. I have made frozen pizza, a few casseroles and fried French fries and cheese sticks in it. THERE IS A LEARNING CURVE. I use a oven thermometer as it can be a little off if you open the door extra as it’s small and losses A LOT of heat when you open it. This isn’t the Jetsons, it doesn’t self clean but it’s not hard to clean. It says in the instructions that come with it to line the foul tray. Lots of crumbs fall, wipe it off and when needed replace the foil. Sides wiped down and they come clean. Wash the basket after use with warm soapy water and dry it’s metal it will rust otherwise. Crumbs do fall on the door sometimes and when you close the door, they fall on the counter. Not tons but it does happen. Wipe your counter off if this happens! I don’t understand the hard to clean comments that scared me from buying this for WEEKS! Do their dishes wash themselves without a dish washer? I love it! Toasting, slightly slower than a traditional toaster if you’re doing two maybe four (if you had a four slice traditional toaster) but faster than doing two batches of toast for four or six. Bagels are perfect out of here. I am still learning the cooking times, as it does take time to figure it out. I really like this toaster and I wanted the Breville but I wasn’t sure I would use it enough compared to the cost. This is half the price and Alexia texts me when it’s done. Warning a 13×9 pan WILL NOT FIT! It’s 13” wide but most 13×9 pans are slightly slipped and have a small lip. Plus you need space for the air to circulate. But it holds a lot. The controls still have me a little confused when changing temps etc but it’s better than having 20 buttons on it. It preheats MUCH faster than my regular oven but things take a few minutes longer. The outside does get warm but I wouldn’t say “hot.” Then again, I don’t stick my hand on it and hold it there to test it either. This oven came with great customer service and a extended warranty. It’s not little but I replaced my toaster and my fryer plus you no longer need a few other appliances. I live in Florida so I needed something that doesn’t make my house any warmer, this doesn’t. If your looking for a Jetson’s magic machine-this isn’t it. You have to wipe it down, clean up crumbs welcome back to the awful year of 2020. It does make your life easier though. If your on the fence and you eat toast, bake and like friends foods (even though your waist line and cholesterol don’t) then it’s worth it. If you use a microwave mostly this won’t help you. I love mine and my double oven, toaster, fryer are hating me for it. So worth the money IF your going to use it! Don’t forget, it takes time to figure temps as a small machine fluctuates easily. Good luck and I hope you enjoy this fryer/oven/toaster/bestie as much as we do!

This oven is very well-made and high quality, glad I waited and kept looking. I also wanted one that fit into my gas range oven to store there as I don’t use it all that often. This one fits perfectly inside my oven keeping it out of sight yet easily accessible in the kitchen. Gas ovens give off toxic fumes and gas is expensive.

To me it’s easy to use, but I can see how the older generation might get confused with the knobs and buttons. Nevermind using the app to cook something lol.The only thing I want to complain about is that it doesn’t remember the settings you choose. Like if you want to make Pizza something other than the default, it only does it that one time and then resets back to factory defaults. I mean my older Black and Decker oven remembered my settings.

I can’t speak to the longevity/reliability of this product, as I have only had it a few months, but so far I am more than satisfied! I’ve had a Cuisinart and a Black and Decker air fryer/toaster oven, and this beats them both in my opinion. I only use the air fryer/toaster oven options and food comes out evenly baked and very crispy! I found the settings to be intuitive, but I did read the instruction manual. I have also used the app and it worked seamlessly. I’d like to mention a couple of things I noticed people in other reviews complain about. First, that there is no way to forgo the preheating that occurs each time you start the oven. Not true. You simply hit the start button twice and cook time will begin. The second thing I saw in several reviews was that there was no way to stop the oven once it starts the timer. Again, simply hit the start button till the oven goes off.I did notice that the stainless seems to stain easier than other ovens I have had. I rested a metal pan on the top to keep something warm and it left a faint mark that I cannot get out. So, be wary of that. Overall, I think this is a great buy at this price point! Especially if you will utilize the many other features it is capable of!

My purpose for buying the Cosori is simply for the rotisserie feature. And I will tell you w/out a doubt, it is worth every penny. Even Cosori Customer Service went above and beyond to assist me in getting two (2) additional rotisserie assemblies for this oven. My goal was to be able to prep 3 chickens at once, and not prep each one separately between cookings.I purchased two (2) replacement assembles here on Amazon for the Cosori, however neither of them fit into the mechanism that turns/rotates the chicken. I reached out to Cosori, and discovered that during a design change to the ovens, the rotisserie was also updated. And with that, Cosori was able to get the correct rotisserie assemblies to me. Their Customer Service experience was absolutely amazing, especially when today, Customer Service seems to be non-existent. So know right away, they are GREAT and want to make sure you are completely satissfied with your Cosori purchase. A give them an A+++ !!!Regarding the rotisserie process… my whole chickens are between 5.0 and 5.5 lbs, and they fit perfectly. You’ll need to be sure and get some cooking yarn/string and tie the wings and legs/drumsticks so they don’t flop around while cooking. If you don’t know how, just find a video on YouTube, it’s pretty simple and well worth it. They absolutely turn out GREAT… nice browned skin, and super-moist.Be sure to use the rotisserie wire lifting tool that is included. Makes it so much easier to set the skewer inside the Cosori. A little hint to help insert the skewer into the rotating device… start the Rotisserie function before lifting the chicken into the oven. As the turning mechanism is turning, simply press the tip of the skewer into the mechanism, and as it turns, the skewer will slide inside seamlessly. Then simply settle the other side of the skewer into the metal groove on the other side of the oven.I will say this on cooking time… depending on if you’re doing pork loin or chicken, you may or may not be familiar with Timing and Temperature. The Cosori cookbook (included) recommends rotisserie chicken be done at 380-degrees, for 1 hour, 10 minutes, for a 5 lb chicken. While it will cook faster at that temperature, there seems to be more splatter inside the machine from the natural fat/oil in the chicken. Feel free to look up recommended cooking times online, and just use good ‘ole trial and error. I’ve found that lowering the temp to 350 degrees, and approximately 18-20 minutes/pound, there is less splatter inside to cleanup. Also, I stop the cooking of chicken when it hits an internal temperature of 155 degrees (although 165 degrees is recommended). But you do it however you want – and ENJOY!!! =)

This is a must have. I got rid of my microwave and use this instead. Its an actual second oven. I bake in it, cookies, pies, whatever. Pizza. It has convection too. One of my best purchases on Amazon!
Amazon Customer –
I’ve had it for almost a year now and literally use it almost every day mostly for bacon, chicken- rotisserie or airfried, or potato fries. I love it and it cuts down cooking time compared to regular oven.

If you want more counterspace, I got rid of my toaster, toaster oven, old smaller pot air fryer, if it could make coffee that would be great also, I could get rid of the coffee pot too!!!!!!!
