The first one I ordered had an S1 error message. They refunded and was sent another one. I’ve used it everyday since having it and makes my life so much easier to keep the house clean. It’s really quiet on the normal suction but I like the fact you can change this if you want a deep clean. It comes with a little cutting device to help keep the rollers hair free:)

* The RoboVac G30 is an upgrade to our first foray into robotic vacuums, the RoboVac 30C, and like it’s predecessor it gives a good cleaning performance, especially for something so small and unobtrusive. It’s pretty quiet, too.* The RoboVac docking station is much smaller than its competitors, and it fits under a set of cupboards in our dining room so the RoboVac G30 is completely out of sight when docked.* On our floor plan (seven rooms over 95 sq.m. / 1,017 sq.ft.) the RoboVac G30’s typical daily run lasts around 95 minutes, on a mixture of hard floor (85%) and carpet. Vacuum strength is excellent and it adjusts itself to floor type.* The RoboVac G30’s systemic navigation system is more logical and better suited to our extended bungalow’s large floor plan than the previous RoboVac 30C’s bump and turn navigation, and it’s far more satisfying to watch. It doesn’t come with the barrier strips the 30C came with, but it does know about stairs and avoids drops. Battery life of the RoboVac G30 is not quite as good as that of the 30C but unlike the 30C it remembers where it’s done so it heads home, recharges, and goes back for 5-10mins to finish off.* For our floor area the RoboVac G30’s dust box is a little small in that it needs emptying after each daily run. The micropore/paper exhaust filter system is very effective.* The Eufy app’s scheduling options are limited – I cannot see any way to launch the RoboVac G30 automatically more than once a day, but if desired this could be overcome readily with one or more Alexa timed routine(s), or at worst a manual start (either in app – no handheld remote control supplied – or by Alexa voice trigger).* Alexa integration is useful, and we’ve set that up and used it to trigger or abandon cleans.* didn’t see any mention of it in the ad blurb, but the RoboVac G30, like the 30C, has drop detection, so it can be taken upstairs and used to clean our bedrooms and landing without falling down the stairs.*The RoboVac G30 copes well with all our rugs but one small rug with tassels. The tassels can catch on the wheels and if this happens the rug is dragged along for the ride. It handles all of our other rugs, even those fluffy ones in the bathroom, just fine.* Our cat didn’t know what to make of RoboVac at first, but he usually ignores it. Sometimes he follows it around as though keeping an eye on it. Either way I t’s quiet enough that it doesn’t scare him.* All in all, we love the convenience of the RoboVac G30 (or 30C). And it’s saving us time and money – we only have the manual vacuum out for the stairs now. Before this we’d have hoovered the entire house twice a week, so that’s a considerable saving in both time and electricity costs. According to our power meter plug it used less than 2.4kWh in October compared to probably 14-18kWh if we’d been hoovering manually. We were hesitant to try these things because they’re not cheap and we didn’t know if it would clean well but we can now say to anyone thinking of them, they’re terrific and we wouldn’t give ours up now.

Compact, powerful and good battery. The lack of a lidar makes it a bit clunky but we choosen this particular model as we didn’t want lidar due to th bad expirience with xiaomi miji robovacum with lidar sensor as it was malfunctioned after some time. Phone app is functional and friendly. Inside the box you will find spare brushes and filter.

My first robot hoover, took a plunge for black Friday deal. Since nobody helps me in the house, I got this little pal. My floors and rugs are so clean, every day! He needs some time to get familiar with his home and after that buzz around nicely, beautiful lines, gets full bin every time. For people who complain that there’s no remote included fir this robot – manual remote buttons are installed in eufy control app. App is simple and great. For this cheap robot I have no complaints at all. I’d love in the future to have self emptying robot, but for now I’m just delighted I can put my feet up in evening to watch film whole little pal does the floor for me and takes 5 min to empty his dust compartment. Not noisy, doesn’t bother my sensitive ears. Made a huge difference in my life. Thanks Eufy.

It’s smart, covers my studio sufficiently, worth the price because I purchased on sale. I don’t think I would find it worth it for 1000 AED.However, it does the job!I’m new to it so can’t comment on the battery health and performance but all in all I am satisfied till now!

So I was thinking of a new vacuum cleaner as my Dyson is rubbish! And I thought I’d give the automatic one a try. It does have down sides such as not getting into the corners completely and having a small dust holder needs emptying regularly. It also can’t clean the stairs or go up and down stairs (like a dalek!), but these are vastly outweighed by the positives!!1 – cleans under the furniture, including the bed! Which will save me ever having to move heavy cupboards out and hoover behind.2 – gets on with cleaning the floors while I do something else3 – quite thorough at going over the whole room (quite clever programming), but if there’s a patch that needs an extra clean, you can use spot clean option4 – alerts you if a problem, eg it’s stuck or needs charging5 – picks up larger things like cat litter grit/cat food pellets6 – good on hard floors and carpetThis was a starter ‘see how it goes’ product for me but it’s now one of those gadgets I don’t want to be without.I’m slightly wishing I’d bought the one that mops as well and empties its own dust box, so might upgrade in future. It could do with an alert for when it’s full but that’s a minor point really. Also do watch out when downloading the app as the app store has ‘fake’ Robot vacuum cleaner apps that come up above the Eufy one and try to charge you…make sure it is the Eufy one you download.

Love this product. It’s very user friendly and engaging using the app. This is a great upgrade from my previous robot cleaner.

Wow!I took a bit of a punt on this Robovac as it was on a pretty good deal. Checked out a few videos online and decided to go for it.Glad I did!I live in a house occupied by 4 people. 2 adults. 2 children. No pets. Our 2 children are under 12 and therefore naturally make a mess… dropping crumbs, dirty shoes etc.Every meal time I am tired of finishing the meal, tidying and washing up, to then find the floor needs vacuuming. So out comes the vacuum and 10 minutes later, I can finally sit down… to find that another room needs vacuuming…It’s fantastic but not perfect…Positives:Starting with the positives, this device cleans a room for you. Giving you time to finish another job, have a well earned sit down, or sort the children out to then return to the room and have it relatively clean! brilliant! You can set a schedule or start it from your phone. So it can start while you are out and you come home to a clean room. Excellent! It requires some maintenance such as emptying the waste compartment but not much.Negatives:It doesn’t do well with edges. Especially on carpet where the carpet folds over against your skirting boards. You need a separate vac to get there. It doesn’t do stairs. So you need a vac for them.It does pickup or get stuck on things you don’t want to, and requires your attention, such as shoes laces. You then have to sit there for ten minutes trying to pick them out…It does get confused with light. So if you have the sun shining through your window, and it casts shadows in your room, this will confuse the Robovac. As it things its an obstacle.Standard setting is not powerful enough on a lower pile carpet. Put it on max for best results.Overall:I know i’ve given some negatives but all that is required is a little thought before setting Robovac off to clean. Such as wedging doors open/closed. Moving ALL items off the floor and under units/sofa. Closing curtains to stop shadows.Overall, we are really happy with this. It gets under sofas that you normally can’t reach and therefore forget about, under TV units, and on max suction, its very close to a regular vacuum. It’s fine with the top of stairs (we’ve done the panic test) and cleans right to the edge without falling down…The app is great too. You can activate it with your voice if linked with google assist or Alexa and it will tell you the state of the brushes/sensors and if they require cleaning/replacing.The other great thing with the app, is that it will notify you if the Robovac gets stuck, is picked up or needs assistance. Great if its picked something up that it shouldn’t or if the kids are playing with it…!!How i would rate this device is that it’s great to keep the dirt/dust down but it won’t replace a regular vacuum. You will still need that for the edges/stairs etc. But the biggest plus point is saving you time. It does a general clean while you are at work or hanging the washing out and when you get back, you’ll be pleasantly surprised!Get it!

We had a bad experience with a Roborock S5 (that lost all suction power and started emitting some loud noise after 10 months) a couple of years ago but so far are very happy with the G30 that turned out to be a very efficient, rather smart and quiet replacement.
