This is now the second Hamilton Beach coffee maker I’ve had and I have to say the ease of use and the taste of the coffee and the general quality of these machines so far is unsurpassed for me. This past Christmas I decided to replace my still working not having any problems Hamilton Beach because it had hard water stains and it was going on a few years so I thought I was upgrading. Boy was I wrong I bought a GE coffee maker which started malfunctioning within a week of use so I decided to return it and buy myself the slightly upgraded version of my old Hamilton Beach which is this one. Also the ease of filling it with water from the front instead of from the top makes a big difference for my mom who sometimes has trouble with her shoulder and is a small woman so that was a little tall for her on the GE. The programmable function always works perfectly and the fact that it’s got the settings for whether you want a boulder cup of coffee is also great. The coffee comes out hot and delicious every time I cannot complain and I don’t see myself deviating from this brand again. Really a good buy for the money.

Given some of the negative reviews in the coffee maker, I felt compelled to write this one! I received it today (1/25/2024)… I plugged it in and within less than a minute it automatically connected to my WiFi, the clock set immediately! I went to my Alexa app and all was good!! I brewed my 1st pot via the Alexa command and I am enjoying a cup of very hot, delicious Starbuck’s Green Apron Blend coffee!!! Personally, I don’t need an audible beep to tell me my coffee is ready and my coffee doesn’t last 2 hours so that beep is moot as well!! This is an attractive, functual, quiet coffee maker! Great price point too!! Highly recommend! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️☕️

We had an old Mr Coffee that needed to be replaced after years of service. We decided to give this a try as the timer on the old unit frequently failed. The unit set up quickly and has better construction. Now we can set the timer from the front or from Alexa app or even start making coffee from verbal command as long as we humans load it up before. Simple effective way to bring such an appliance into a smart home. Have it for weeks now and working every morning.👍👍

I normally don’t leave reviews but I love this coffee maker! I had purchased another brand that had great reviews and it was much more expensive. It was horrible so I returned it. My daughter recommended this one and I can see why. So easy to fill with water from the front and I love the way the filter basket removes. You won’t be disappointed!

I just got it today and I have run five pots of water through there to clean it. Now it’s ready for my coffee in the morning. I did not have to read any instructions. It was just too easy to set up boxing is perfect. I got the 12 cup first of all I got the 5 cup. Oh my God that thing was so small it’s a waste of time, go ahead and get the 12 cup then that way you can make as many cups as you want but the good thing is you can lay in bed I say Alexa make my coffee unreal I absolutely love it there’s no drawbacks not at all you don’t have one get one I’ll give it a five star all day long ❤️

Easy to fill, like the placement of the filter. Easy to read water level and is on the side I prefer. Coffee tasted fine. A little harder to set the pot, but I liked the features.

We really like this one for the price and features. Our old one had a single cup maker and a 12 cup too but the lid of the unit started to warp due to the heat. I couldn’t find a lid replacement so ended up with this unit.
