The media could not be loaded. We purchased the NOESIS a few weeks ago and it has so far exceeded expectations despite the high price point. We heard about the NOESIS through various electronic shows and numerous articles. We have a 2BR apartment in NYC, and anyone who lives in the city knows how expensive cleaners are. We took the leap to purchase a truly top-of-the-line and automatic floor cleaner and have not been disappointed. Below is how we’d describe each of the reasons this machine is truly the future of home cleaning.1. Setup 5/5Setting up the machine is extremely easy. The instructions are crisp and clear with the machine having the majority already setup. You simply unbox the main station and all the other parts (wires, mops, the robot itself) are clearly labelled in their respective packaging. The instructions were only 6 very clear steps: unbox, plug in, fill water, put in mops, download app, turn on the machine. It’s that easy. The machine will also speak and clearly instruct when anything changes, for example when you pull out the water tank it will say “water tank has been removed”, when you put it back in it will say “water tank has been inserted”. They have clearly thought through everything in the installation process making it impossible to mess up. As long as you wait for the machine to confirm your steps, the whole installation process takes less than 15 minutes.1.5 App 4/5The app is also very simple to use and install. I do like to say it is definitely in initial stages in terms of design. It seems the app was built in mind to include future products and integrate everything. I expect this app to keep updating. Otherwise, it clearly does its job. Through a QR code, you will connect the machine to your WiFi allowing you to fully control the robot with your phone. You can tell it to start, stop, “go home”, and map a new space. When the robot maps your floor, you will be able to see a digital map of your home and redefine sections (i.e. living room, bedroom 1, bedroom 2). There are features allowing you to only clean a certain section, whether to vacuum or mop etc. I am still discovering new features to this day.2. Mapping 5/5I have previously had other products such as roomba that claim to have computer vision and map out your home. Those products have never truly worked and you’ll constantly have a roomba get stuck on a wall, door, or some small incline. I can say the NOESIS is truly state of the art computer vision. It never bumps into anything, whether thats a small leg from a chair, side of a door, even a person if they are just standing there. It clearly finds its way across the whole home as well as identifying points where theres a carpet or small incline. Afterwards, you will be able to see its progress directly on the app. I can fully confirm what it’s mapping since now there’s a picture of my apartments floor plan on my home. It can’t get more accurate than this. It knows where all the chairs are, tables, furniture – you name it.3. Cleaning 5/5What can I say – my floor is now always clean without any effort. The machine comes with a bunch of mops that you rarely have to restock. It comes with an easy to use cleaning solution you just mix within the water tank. Otherwise, you just tell it when to clean, which mode (mop, vacuum, both) and let it do its work. When it’s done or low on battery, it will automatically find it’s way back to the charging station. You don’t even have to be home for this – just turn it on through the app and I’ll come home to clean floors.Overall the NOESIS is truly for those who want a top of the line robotic cleaner. No bs, just clearly does its job of mapping your home, and automatically moving. There is zero supervision required unlike any other cleaners on the market. You truly get your money’s worth since you are getting exactly what is advertised. Highly recommend for anyone who is annoyed with cleaning your floor or having a roomba get stuck on your furniture.

Move over Roomba, because this Noesis Robot Vacuum is stealing the show! This suction sensation doesn’t just clean; it’s practically a cleaning rockstar. It swivels and twists like a vacuum on a dance floor *dancing girl emoji*, sucking up dust bunnies with the finesse of a ninja *karate chop*. I half expected it to turn into a transformer at any moment. This vacuum is so high-tech, it probably has a PhD in dirt eradication. It navigates my room like a GPS-guided superhero, leaving no speck of dust behind. I swear, if it could talk, it would say, ‘I am Iron Vacuum!’ No need for babysitting as it docks itself and self-charges, self-fills with water, and self-changes its mop pads. What more could a person possibly ask for??This vacuum is quieter than a library during a nap time. It navigates from hardwood to carpet with the agility of a seasoned acrobat, seamlessly transitioning between surfaces. It’s like having a personal cleaning concierge that adapts to your home’s every whim, tackling every nook and cranny with surgical precision. In conclusion, forget about mundane vacuuming; this spectacle of a vacuum turns cleaning into a blockbuster performance. I’m tempted to give it a standing ovation after each use. Move aside, Brad Pitt, because this vacuum is on another level!

The media could not be loaded. First let me see that I’ve already owned numerous robot vacuums–Neato, Roomba, etc. They all did a decent job but had limitations–suction power wasn’t always great, would get stuck on iPhone charge cords or didn’t get into the corners well of a room. When I found out about Noesis, I couldn’t believe it would clean that well. I saw videos for weeks until I made the commitment. And it’s a considerable investment, but it works and works incredibly well. And by working, I mean, I can leave my apartment at 3 p.m. and come back and it’s still working at 6 p.m. after running errands. The floor is immaculate, and the carpet has lines in it, which something I adore when I get home. The other thing that is different about Noesis is that I can really schedule it to run at 4 a.m. every night when we are sleeping and it’s quiet enough to run and never gets caught. I have yet to find it anywhere but it’s dock after running for a few hours. The battery time is impressive: 90 minutes. Now, we do use the mop feature as well and have set it to one mop pad per cleaning cycle as you can go through them quickly. We don’t mop manually but can see the difference now that we have a mop running every few days.We have a Golden so our floors can pick up a lot of traffic and hair. I’ve recommended the NOESIS to all my friends who are true clean freaks. And I mean CLEAN FREAKS!The only issue I’ve had was the tower was having trouble syncing with the robot occasionally, but I was really impressed with customer support when I reached out as they were quick to follow up and provided a simple solution: connect to the WIFI, so it can receive a firmwire update–what that is. But it worked! There are numerous modes that enable you to clean your home. I can even carry to the second story of our home and it works perfectly. I did consider going with Roborock or iRobot, but this was worth it after I did my research. Incredible technology.

This vacuum/mop is so convenient once you have it set up. It automatically senses areas to be mopped via vacuumed or you can set it on one or the other. I have it set to clean twice per week and it takes about a half hour to do my entire apartment. Set up is pretty straightforward and it does need to be emptied after each use, but besides that, I can pretty much forget about cleaning my floors and leave it to the robot!

There’s a lot to like about this robot vacuum. It has a great feature set with both mopping and vacuuming, and they both work ok for a robot vacuum. Here’s a list of standard features I expect in a robot vacuum these days, which this mostly has:- Reasonably good cleaning (most only get surface debris, but that seems to be the state of the art currently)- LiDAR mapping- Self evac into a base/docking unit- Room mapping and naming- Cleaning scheduling- Supply life timers (brushes, etc.)- Cheap and easy to get supplies (most supplies are fairly reasonably priced, except the bags)- Voice assistant integration (missing on this model)- Vision system to avoid items left on the floor, such as dog vomit (this has it, but is problematic) I have had several robot vacuums and this one is better in several ways, and a few things for them to improve:Pros:- Quieter than others- Squarish corners for better corner cleaning- Mop cleaning is better than expected even with only water (see the two photos)- App settings allow for area-based thresholds (evac/replace after X sqft) for returning to dock for both debris evac and mop replacement, although a little awkwardly placed in the app; this greatly simplifies scheduling and many others don’t have this feature- Fast room mapping- Includes a rubber brush, which seems to work better on dog hair (we have two)- Reliable dock debris evac (others I’ve had can clog or jam)- After a few weeks, it has not gotten stuck even once—a record for any vacuum I’ve owned- Good vision system, but unfortunately is all or nothing- Adjustable voice sound volume (clearly they turned Mr. Carson from Downton Abbey into this vacuum–that’s the name my wife gave it in the app)Cons:- Very expensive bags, only available through them on Amazon- App always logs me out on Android- Weird app errors when trying to save settings- Missing voice assistant integration, Home Assistant integration, or any third-party integration at all (it’s nice to be able to tell my watch to “vacuum the kitchen”—can’t do it here)- Room adjustments to the map (merging and resplitting) break the schedules that have per-room settings- The vision system is either on or off; I need it to detect dog vomit, but not stop it from climbing over the edge of a high chair mat; unfortunately, if it’s on it won’t go onto the mat and if off it will run over vomit- It would be better if it had two side brushes instead of one to help collect more debris that is missed- A lot of moving parts in the base unit due to the mop replacement mechanism that may fail over time- Much more expensive than other vacuums now that mopping with an automated base unit is mainstream- Mine had the metal bar on the base unit that holds it closed with a magnet fall off, but I glued it back on easilyOverall, it’s a great product that I’m hoping will improve the cons listed above.

As an individual who values both cleanliness and laziness in equal measure, the NOESIS Florio 2in1 Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo has been nothing short of a revelation.Firstly, let’s talk about the vacuuming. This little guy sucks! And I mean that in the most complimentary way possible. The powerful suction is like a black hole for dust bunnies. It’s like having your very own miniature supernova, but instead of imploding stars, it’s imploding dirt particles. The self-emptying feature is a game-changer. It’s like the robot has its own tiny butler, dutifully emptying its dustbin. I half expect to hear it say “Jeeves, take out the trash” in a posh accent. Now, onto the mopping. The auto-changing mopping pads are a stroke of genius. It’s like the robot is a quick-change artist at a fashion show, swapping outfits (or in this case, mopping pads) with the speed and precision of a seasoned pro.The auto-refill feature is the cherry on top. It’s like the robot has an unquenchable thirst for cleanliness, constantly refilling its water tank to ensure your floors are as spotless as possible. The obstacle avoidance is impressive. It navigates around furniture like a seasoned parkour athlete, leaping over obstacles (well, more like gently steering around them) with the grace of a gazelle. In conclusion, the NOESIS Florio 2in1 Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo is the Batman of cleaning appliances – a silent guardian, a watchful protector, a Dark Knight against dirt and grime. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to outsource their cleaning to a tireless, efficient, and surprisingly entertaining little robot.

The media could not be loaded. First, it comes in a big bulky box. A bit daunting at first, but once unpacked it’s fine. The base station is about as tall and wide as a mini fridge, though much lighter and only half was deep. The vacuum itself is a bit smaller then others I had in the past, but nothing abnormal. On the base station? It needs a decent chunk of dedicated space beyond it’s physical footprint. Further, the past vacuuming dust bin cleaning is loud though brief so try to keep it away from the bedrooms if you clean at night. Auto-changing the mop pads, refilling the water, and as well as emptying the bin is quite the combo for the charging station. It’s setup to be ignored for weeks before needing to refill or empty. Further? There are controls on the base station for use, so you don’t have to grab your phone to start the home mop/vacuum or specifically just one or the otherOn the vacuum itself? I’ll freely admit to being sceptical about how well it would function versus the price. After the first use? There is a definite difference in how it handles itself versus cheaper models.Children/Pets/People. Detection and avoidance is almost incomparable to cheaper options I’ve used in the past. Really avoided the toddler running across it’s path. Never ran over the phone left on the floor. Never bumped a person. Only ever hit the furniture or a wall once in the initial clean, follow up test didn’t even have that. On the toy test, the only thing that failed was a small toy frog about half an inch tall, and only then did I notice the Precise Avoidance setting was off. Very, very impressed that I didn’t even need to wear slippers to avoid a startled jump from the vacuum brushes running over and tickling my feet.On cleaning? It hits the corners much better then my past sets. If you want a quiet vacuum on carpet, turn off the Suction Boost on carpets settings otherwise it’s quite audible. Beyond that, it picked up the dust, sand, and hair as expected.Mopping: A very nice scrubbing action along having the mop portion mechanically elevated when on carpet. Along with the auto-replacement mop heads, this is the first I really like on the combo rather then be a bit iffy about themCarpet: This has had no trouble with mid-heavy pile carpets that would have thrown up errors of stuck side or main brushes past sets I’ve used would cry about. Further, this really handles being left in the mop mode without fail even when traveling over said carpet to reach the vinyl kitchen floor or tile bathroom without any problems like the mop causing the robot to be unable to backup or get stuck.App: No 3D map view gimmick. Yeah, that’s the only “flaw” I can put down. Great mapping, Editing said maps is easy enough, once you know to merge sections together then split of rooms at the correct points as needed. Scheduling for the house or by rooms is there. Multi-map management is there for multiple floors. Exclusions are there .. but this is the first where I didn’t need to set any as it never got stuck. Not underneath chairs, wrapped in cords, or under a couch. I would have tested the Find Robot function… But it was not needed. A first for me.It’s worth that price tag in my eyes from the detection/avoidance capability, the weeks long hands-off setup for both mopping and vacuuming, and for really handling thick carpets while also set to mop the flat surfaces without getting stuck or leaving wet spots everywhere.

The media could not be loaded. I am so pleased with this product. It performs very well, and has been safe around my cats. The box it came in was a little heavy and bulky for me (I am 54 and in so-so shape for someone with arthritis), but I managed to get it in the house. Once I removed it from the box, I started unpacking and getting familiar with the parts. I used the quick start guide first to set up the base station and the robot. This was a little tricky, with it being so low to the ground, so I lifted it to a table to set it up. Set up was simple and easy to follow in the startup guide.I found that the unit is easier to control and program from the app. It is easy to figure out, and follow the instructions to map your house. Once I mapped everything out, I was able to customize my rooms to better suit my needs. For example, when it was mapping, it combined part of my kitchen with my living room, so I was able to split them out, and merge other areas that belong together.Next, I ran a vacuum over approximately 760 square feet, which included carpet, tile, and wood flooring. It transitions from one floor type to another very seamlessly. It took about 80 minutes to complete the vacuuming. The robot gets all the way to the edges of walls and furniture, and avoided my cat that would not move when it came his way. After vacuuming, my charge was down to 30%, so I let it charge for about 30 minutes or maybe 45 minutes, and that got it up to 85% charged. With an 85% charge, I set it to mop my kitchen area. This took 12 minutes for 193 square feet, and only dropped the charge down to 78%. There are a few streaks after mopping, which I get with my other mops too, so I am not at all surprised. I think it will get better if I schedule it more often. This is an amazing device! I am so impressed with it performance, and intelligence.

This robot mop/vacuum combo is awesome!!! I have this on my main floor with lots of wood and some tiles and works great! I think it works better (and it more feature rich) than my Roomba (vacuum only). You can set it to vacuum, dry mop, mop, or both vacuum and mop. It is fairly quiet and has pretty good obstacle avoidance. The app is decent although I will it was a little more user friendly. For example, to clean only do a subset of rooms you have to use some non-obvious icon buttons on the right of the map. Basically the screen you start on is for starting a new session. If you need to find the scheduled jobs, its under the … menu. I think a row of icons on the main page (like the cleaning mode) would be good).Overall, I would recommend this! It is on the pricey side but seems to work well.

Set up of the unit and app were easy. There is a booklet to follow and the unit talks to you at every step to let you know you have completed the set up steps correctly. The app allows you to map the area to clean. It was much faster than using a competing product. The app also allows you to set the cleaning process for each room and you can even tell the unit what order to clean the rooms in. The unit does a great job on getting corners and avoids obstacles that are in its way. It does a great job on area rugs and in mopping hardwood floors. Very pleased with the unit as compared to other units on the market.
