For me, the KS-602F 3-way switch was straightforward to install, there were no issues. I have installed a lot of switches and have an electrical background. My house is only 20 years old so it has neutral everywhere and in general the boxes have ample room inside them.I have a toggle switch on one side fed from the panel, then two traveler wires that go to a dimmer switch on the other side of the room and then to the load (lights). I was replacing the toggle switch with a smart switch so I could gain smart home control. I only replaced the toggle switch, I did not touch or rewire the dimmer side. I opened the box with the old switch, carefully labeled all the wires, disconnected the old switch, and installed the new switch using WAGO type lever connectors. The wires on the new switch are very well labelled and color coded. On another project I installed the KS-602F on the load side so I can confirm this works on either live or load side, not a bad little switch. The LED works well. If I go to the other switch that i didn’t rewire and turn the light on and off using it, the LED on the smart switch does indeed switch between red and green. So, as expected, the switch is sensing which traveler wire has current and using that one. My wife is quite pleased that she can now have Alexa/Google turn on and off her kitchen table light.KS-602F Pros* Price is right, this was 25% off on prime day* Comes with 5 wires, not screws or push-ins. This allowed me to easily use WAGO type lever connectors.* The depth is just over an inch, very reasonable* Seamlessly connected to the Smart Life app. I had it setup from many previous Lesim switches and it was already pairied with Alexa/Google. This was honestly the easy part, maybe 5 minutes.KS-602F Cons (nothing major)* The LED on the switch is not as bright as the KS-602S (single switch). A little annoying since I have all Lesim in the box and wanted them to look the same. However, I do like the dimmer LED better.* The toggle switch is a good deal tighter and harder to press than the KS-602S. My hands are just used to the KS-602S since I have about 10 in the home now. It’s not hard to press but I was just so used to exactly how much pressure the other switches take that this took me a while to get used to.* The labels in the box for load / hot / etc do not stay on well. I use masking tape and a permanent marker instead, that seems to work much better.KS-602F observations* This was the first Lesim switch with a default Smart Life switch name in mandarin.* This was the first Lesim switch that did not require a software update.* The whole red/green thing still confuses me, red is on and green is off. So in the dark when your looking for the switch, the led is green. Easy to find though.

Product Review: Smart Light Switch 3 Gang Smart SwitchI recently had the pleasure of trying out the Smart Light Switch 3 Gang Smart Switch, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in terms of ease of installation, connectivity, and overall functionality. Here’s my review of this impressive smart switch.First and foremost, the installation process for the Smart Light Switch was a breeze. With clear instructions and a user-friendly design, I was able to replace my existing switch without any hassle. The switch fit perfectly into the wall plate, and the included screws and wiring caps made the installation even easier. Even for someone with minimal electrical experience, I found the installation process straightforward and stress-free.Connecting the switch to the accompanying app was equally as seamless. By following the provided instructions, I was able to establish a connection between the switch and my smartphone within minutes. The app itself was intuitive and user-friendly, allowing me to control the switch effortlessly. When setting schedules, the app provided a range of features that made managing my lights a breeze. The sleek design of the Smart Light Switch also deserves a mention. Its modern and minimalistic look blends seamlessly with my home decor, adding a touch of sophistication to my living space. The switch itself feels sturdy and well-made, and the responsive touch buttons provide a satisfying tactile experience. When it comes to controlling the switch with the app, I found the experience to be smooth and hassle-free. Whether I was turning the lights on and off remotely or setting up conditional schedules, the app responded promptly without any glitches or delays. The connection remained stable, allowing me to control the switch reliably from anywhere within the world. One aspect worth noting is that the Smart Light Switch 3 Gang Smart Switch requires a stable 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi connection to function properly. So, it’s important to ensure that your home network is reliable for a seamless experience. In conclusion, the Smart Light Switch 3 Gang Smart Switch is a top-notch product that delivers on its promises. The easy installation process, seamless app connectivity, and stylish design make it a standout choice for anyone looking to upgrade their home lighting system. Controlling the switch through the app was effortless and glitch-free, enhancing the convenience and versatility of my lighting setup. If you’re in the market for a reliable and aesthetically pleasing smart switch, I highly recommend giving this one a try.

I replaced my downstairs switch and left the one upstairs as manual, but my switch wasn’t working right, I contacted customer support and they asked me to reconnect it to the main switch (The switch that would be recieving the live wire/getting power from the terminal). I was like, might as well get a second switch. I installed the new switch and it seemed to get worse, because the app couldn’t control either of them, when one was turned off, the other couldn’t turn on. After studying the circuit diagram, I figured I might as well start from scratch and figure out which ones are my travel and which one is the live/load wire (I already knew the ground and neutral wires).Step 1 – There are 5 wires (x1 Live or load, x2 Travel wires, x1 Ground and x1 Neutral). I release all wires except for the ground and neutral (Ground is the naked copper looking wire, neutral is usually white wire)Step 2 – Used an electric tester to figure out which wire had current (There should be only one, that’s your live wire, which means the other two are travel wires. Also that is the main switch location if you decide to use only one wifi switch)Step 3 – To figure out which wires were the travel and load on my other switch location, I connected the live wire to one of the travel wires, then went to the other switch location to check which wire had current passing through it. Using this method I located both travel wires, meaning the final wire was the load.Step 4 – Reconnected all wires in the right position and like magic, everything works perfectly.Customer support was somewhat helpful, but there’s only so much they can do by email and pictures with a 12hr time zone difference, so just study the circuit diagram and make sure you have the right wires in the correct location.

I purchased the 2-gang switches to replace two light switches in my shed. It was always a pain when I left the lights on in the shed and had to go out at night and turn them off. I have most of my house under Alexa control, so this seemed like a good option.First off, be sure to label your existing wires. Only at the end of the installation did I notice the nice labels included in the bottom of the box. I could have used them since there were extra wires powering outlets in the switch electrical box, so I lost track of the light load wires. I got it right the second time around.Setting up the Smart Life App was easy, however it only recognized one of the two switches at first. I let the firmware update on the first one. For the second switch, I tried turning off the breaker for 10 seconds, then pressed and held the switch for a few seconds to get it flashing, then it was recognized by the app, and I updated the firmware on that one also.I was a bit puzzled why Alexa would not recognize the added switches. After several tries, I found I needed to “Link” Smart Life with Alexa, then everything worked great. Hopefully this will help someone who also ran into problems getting Alexa to recognize the devices. The confusion about the red/green indicator is certainly understandable, but it doesn’t bother me since it’s in a shed. I have a different brand Alexa switch that has a white indicator LED. It turns on when the light is off so you can find the switch, then turns off when the light is on.However, it is exactly what I wanted, so I can’t complain at all. If I have any problems in the future, I will add to this comment, but at this point I am very happy with the purchase.

I already use Smart Life app so once it was wired into the wall it worked like a charm. Alexa went a head and picked up both switches. I added them in alex app to the correct room ‘group’ and voila; all works well with Alexa.

Replaced so old Wemo (Belkin) wifi switches since the integration (skill) with Alexa would go out every month or so. Worth the $ to not have to re-enable the skill all the time.

Over the past 2 years I have been slowly replacing standard wall switches with WiFi enabled switches. I have used several brands due to my slow conversion process These are the best switches I have found for a number of reasons. First, they are slightly smaller than the others brands that I have installed. This is really important as the wall boxes are already full with wiring and WiFi switches are much larger then standard toggle style switches. Secondly, these switches are very easy to program. The SmartLife app finds them easily and usually on the first try. Finally, if you change routers or WiFi networks, they are very easy to reprogram. And lastly and unrelated, I have gone to using Wago wire connectors in place of standard wire nuts. This makes it easy to connect the stranded wires of the switches to the 12ga wire in the wall box. This is especially true when you have to connect 3,4, or even 5 wires together

These switches are awesome you don’t have to have alexa but it’s awesome if you do. Im crippled and not having to constantly shut of lights room by room I can simply tell alexa to turn off that light. I can turn the light on before I enter the room with my voice. I love these and recommend everyone upgrade to these switches I’ve had no problems with them. They are worth the money and I have seen the savings on my electric bill. So I highly recommend this product 👌 with or without the alexa these are nice for the price. Good day
