The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this vacuum and the mop combo. Since I have toddlers I need to vacuum and mop the floors every day. You need to fill the water tank with water. Normally I mix few drops of floor cleaner with that.This vacuum cleans pretty well. This device has powerful suctions that easily removes dust and hair. This is becoming a daily routine and maintain the cleanliness in my house. There’s light noise which is not even noticeable. This vacuum and mop works very well in my laminate floor. You can control it by remote control or by voice through Alexa. This saves my time so much.This has long run time. Once you charge it you can use more than one hour.This package includes user manual which explains everything clearly.I would highly recommend this device

This model works really well on various surfaces and does not get stuck under furniture like three other robot vacuums that I had before this one. It manages to navigate between thick carpets and wooden or tiled floors without any issues. I elevated the Xmas tree skirt (put some boxes under it) to remove it from its reach, so it does not ‘eat’ it. The trick is working well, no issues.I love the app control and that I can see the updated map of places already cleaned. I wish the battery lasted longer, but its life improved after the initial period of my extensive testing. It doesn’t cover the whole two-bedroom apartment in one go, so now I just alternate in which room I start the cleaning cycle before it goes back to the charging station.The mopping function takes significantly less battery, and it works much longer than vacuum cleaning.

It works great I love that I can set a time and suction level knowing it will do the job. All I have to do is empty the container. Very user friendly and charges quickly. It goes everywhere, carpet and hard wood floors.Fits under bed nicely.

I had always been interested in robot vacuum until I purchased this one two months ago. Well, it exceeded my expectations. The place where I live is not big, but the terrain is complex. However, it can complete more than 90% area of the cleaning, which is very good. His working strategy is to avoid obstacles by touch, rather than relying on light technology. Considering its price, it’s really worth it. At the same time, its cleaning efficiency is very high, which can be seen when checking the dust bin after it is finished working.

Instalación del dispositivo, wifi, con tu telefono súper facil y no complicado (excelente y facil manejo del aparato desde la app).3.Vienen sus respectivos respuestos o artículos necesarios (x2 mopas en total) y Baterias (AAA) para su control remoto.4.Tiene 2 mini escobas para atraer mas suciedad y aspirarla(excelente)5. No tiene duración de màs de 60 minutos por lo menos en mi caso ya que encendí a hacer la limpieza con 80%de carga.6. Me falta decifrar un poco mas a ver si puedo simplemente aspirar o tiene que mopear simultáneamente pero hay opción de separado en el app.7. El mop me resulta muy bueno ya que arranca mas suciedad pegada en el piso, Ojo: igualmente pienso mopear el piso por mi misma de vez en cuando. (Pero saca de apuros si no tienes tiempo, no estarías obligado a tener que mopear(trapear)8. Cabe una pequeña cantidad de agua para el mop(diria que media taza o menos) pero se veía humedo mi piso casi hasta terminar.9.Succionó de un 100% casi el 75% en una sola pasada ya que tengo muchos obstáculos en mi casa(muebles), pero a la vista, lo hizo todo para mí, (Si quieres mas limpio, recargar y dar otra pasada de limpieza.)10. Increíblemente es muy inteligente para no quedarse atascado, no tuve que ayudarle en atascos ni mucho menos para encontrar su torre de carga, por si solo en 15% de batería, automáticamente se fue a su torre. (Subió a mi alfombra sin problema, hablo de alfombra bajita en mi caso)11. Último y NO MENOS Importante: no hace ruido molesto, pude ver de la televisión sin tener que elevar volumen de tv, es súper silencioso y agradable.12. Subiré actualización cuando aprenda mas sobre el manejo del mismo.*Facil de manipular para retirar el desecho y limpiar el robot.

I bought him, and named him Judge. Judge was doing great for the first month or so, but one morning Judge wouldn’t wake up.. I suspected it might be a bad battery, so I emailed support. Support was very kind, and quickly sent me a new battery to get Judge up and running again.

I use on carpets and hardwood floors. I love knowing a could set a time and suction level knowing the job will get done! It’s also small enough to fit under sofas, chairs and beds! It charges quickly too! The mop cleaning feature is truly an extra bonus!
